TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our control, including outages, disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, wars, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction where not overridden by mandatory consumer-protection law.
