This is the Terms of Service page.
Last updated: March 29, 2026
By accessing or using UniWhen (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You will not upload harmful, illegal, infringing, abusive, or misleading content, or try to disrupt or damage the Service or other users.
To protect the Service from automated or abusive usage, we enforce daily analysis attempt limits. Guest users are limited to 3 attempts per day, with enforcement based on a hashed network identifier.
Clearing browser data or cookies does not reset this anti-abuse limit. Guest usage is tracked via server-side logic; signed-in users are tracked by account identity.
You agree to respect daily limits and understand that attempts are counted in the Service's daily reset window.
All software, branding, design, and features of the Service are owned by or licensed to UniWhen unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You retain ownership of your own content. By submitting content, you grant UniWhen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and legality of any content you create, upload, or share. You represent that you have all rights to any content you submit to the Service.
The Service is provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Service for critical decisions without consulting a qualified professional.
The Service may integrate or link to third-party tools, websites, or services. UniWhen is not responsible for third-party terms, content, or practices.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, compliance, or improvement reasons.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted on this page.
UniWhen may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal, technical, or security risks. You can stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access.
You agree to indemnify and hold UniWhen, its operators, affiliates, and partners harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your submitted content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIWHEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our control, including outages, disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, wars, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction where not overridden by mandatory consumer-protection law.
